Adebayo Adepoju is a technologist, educator, and business consultant with a passion for helping people grow—whether that’s through mastering agile principles, navigating a tech career, or launching a scalable solution.

As the co-founder of Crestace Consulting, Adebayo brings over nine years of experience across software development, team leadership, and Agile transformation. His background spans both startup and enterprise environments, where he has led development teams, trained professionals, and advised organizations on how to adapt and thrive in today’s fast-changing digital world.

Before launching Crestace, Adebayo worked with respected organizations like U.S. Bank, Publicis Sapient, and Andela. From Lagos to Atlanta, he’s contributed to and led teams that build user-focused, high-impact applications using tools like ReactJS, Ruby on Rails, and GraphQL. His technical skills are matched by his ability to coach and mentor—particularly those transitioning into tech or seeking clarity in their professional path.

He holds a master’s degree in Information Technology Management from Western Governors University and a bachelor’s degree in Education from Adeyemi College of Education. He’s also a Certified SAFe® Product Owner/Product Manager and holds additional certifications in Azure, Strategic Technology Management, and Customer-Centric Innovation.

At Crestace, Adebayo focuses on making growth accessible. Whether he’s delivering a training workshop, coaching a Scrum Master, or mapping out a product strategy for a business, his goal is always the same: help people move forward with confidence and purpose.

When he’s not working with clients or teams, Adebayo serves as Media Director for the African Immigrant Collective in Atlanta, where he supports storytelling and digital outreach. He’s also a proud husband and father who enjoys community-building, tech conversations, and sharing what he’s learned to uplift others.

Mary Adebisi is a dynamic Agile practitioner, Certified SAFe® Program Consultant (SPC), and transformation leader with over a decade of experience guiding individuals and organizations through the powerful shift from traditional project delivery to Agile ways of working.

As Co-Founder of Crestace, Mary plays a pivotal role in shaping high-impact training programs, coaching professionals, and leading agile transformation efforts across industries—from healthcare and pharmaceuticals to publishing and finance. She brings both strategy and heart to her work, combining technical agility with people-centered coaching.

Mary's career spans over 10 years of progressive leadership experience in Agile coaching, program management, and team enablement. She has led Agile transformations for companies like U.S. Bank, Rego Consulting, Capstone Publishers, and Takeda Pharmaceuticals. Her impact includes measurable improvements in productivity, team alignment, and delivery success across the board.

At Crestace, Mary specializes in coaching Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Release Train Engineers (RTEs) to become confident, competent, and purpose-driven in their roles. She is known for her hands-on approach, relatable teaching style, and an uncanny ability to simplify complex frameworks like SAFe®, Flow, Kanban, and Scrum@Scale.

As a Certified SAFe® 6 Practice Consultant, SAFe LPM, and Accredited Scrum Trainer, Mary is also authorized to train and certify Agile professionals—bringing practical insights and industry relevance to every classroom and workshop. Her educational background, including a Bachelor's in Chemistry Education and postgraduate training in Customer Relationship Management, has shaped her into a compassionate coach with a strong foundation in facilitation and instructional design.

Mary is a firm believer in continuous improvement, leadership through service, and the mindset shifts required to make Agile sustainable. Her clients describe her as relatable, empowering, and deeply invested in their growth.
